Finderk is an educational paper-trading tool focused on Hong Kong-listed equities (the "App"). The App is for learning and simulation only; it does not handle real funds, broker connections, or live market data. This policy describes how the App treats data generated on the user's device.

1. Scope of On-Device Data

The App stores only the minimal data required for operation, all on-device:

• Watchlist entries and paper-trading orders (stored as local JSON)
• Completion markers and scores for learning steps
• The user's chosen reminder schedule for local notifications

The App does not read, collect, or transmit any of the following: advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV), location data, contacts, photo library, microphone, or camera. The App contains no wallet, broker, deposit, withdrawal, or real-funds pathway.

2. Data Use

The above on-device data is used solely for:

• Rendering the user's watchlist on the "Board" tab
• Computing the equity curve of paper trades on the "Order" tab
• Showing the count of completed learning steps on the "Coaching" tab
• Delivering optional local notifications at the user-selected time

3. Storage & Retention

All data is held in encrypted JSON inside the App sandbox. The App provides no user-account system and does not synchronise data to any cloud service. Uninstalling Finderk causes the operating system to remove all of the App's local data automatically.

Prices, volumes, and sector classifications shown inside the App are offline reference values — they are not sourced from any live market-data provider.

4. User Choices

The user may, at any time:

• Clear all paper orders and watchlist entries from the "Me" tab
• Reset the paper cash balance to its default value from the "Me" tab
• Disable the App's notification permission in System Settings
• Uninstall the App, which removes all of its local data

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 17+. Its content involves financial terminology and market-volatility concepts and is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from minors. Guardians who notice unintended use by a minor can restrict access through System Settings at any time.

6. Policy Updates

The version and effective date of this policy are clearly stated at the top of the page. Any subsequent updates will be published inside the App first and mirrored at finderk.jfiefq.cc. Continued use of Finderk constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
